Space Frames
Space frames are trusses that span with two way action. Two way action refers to the fact that space trusses carry the load along both its axes, much like a two way concrete slabs. The two natural and basic design elements needed to create Space Frames are Triangles and Networks. These truss like triangular frame work is used to span square or rectangular areas. The individual members of truss are arranged in a pyramidal form to carry loads to four or more supports on all sides of square or rectangular base. Space Frames are used extensively, which allowed for long spans and column free interior spaces. The space Frames are constructed of prefabricated rods or tubes that are quickly assembled and erected by single methods. The joint are either bolted or welded.
- • Solid/ Hollow steel balljoint (High grade carbon steel/ Stainless steel)
- • Steel Pipes (Black steel pipe/ Stainless steel pipe)
- • Cone/ Prop (Mild Steel)
- • Collar/ Bush (Mild Steel)
- • High tension bolt (High tensile Steel)
Space truss systems are now a milestone in the truss structural systems they offer structural component size flexibility, broad material caries fast installation, and ease of quality control .
Many kinds of roofing material can be installed such as: Corrugated steel sheet with galvanized coated, zinc aluminum coated, Polycarbonate sheet etc.
- • Light weight.
- • Flexible, easy to install and dismantle.
- • Dynamic, can be extended or joined with additional units.
- • Can achieve a wider span roof.
- • The larger the arc of the structure, the coast will be more economical.
- • Aesthetic, due to the decorative geometrical structural pattern.
- • Prefabricated components, to ensure the quality of material and finishing is to be more reliable.
- • Fast site installation, without any disturbances to other site jobs.
Some of the many uses of space frame systems include:
- • ATRIUM
- • ENTRYWAYS
- • CANOPIES
- • ARENAS
- • EXHIBIT PAVILIONS
- • HANGERS
- • CONVENTION CENTERS TERMINALS
- • GRANDSTANDS
- • SPORTS FACILITIES
- • SWIMMING POOL COVER
- • SHOPPING MALLS
- • STADIUM PAVILLIONS

North Light Glazing

The use of structural glazing in commercial buildings has increased in line with architects’ and clients’ vision and desire for ever more creative and eye-catching building facades. The most popular method of manufacturing these units is to bond the
Point-fixed structural glazing systems are the ideal solution for architects striving to achieve maximum light and transparency within large areas.
Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (ACP) is a widely-used term, describing flat panels that consist of thermoplastic core bonded between two aluminum sheets. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding of buildings (building facades).
Skylights add natural lighting to interiors. It’s a great way to add an exciting element to lackluster, lifeless rooms that need a little enhancement. It is system to remain with nature, be in natural light and have architectural view of the building.

North Light Glazing is used to take natural day light from North side. With specialtiy desingned require aluminium Glazing bars, shoe stop, & tension clips. North Light Glazing saves treamendos energy used in consumption of tube lights etc.
